These pieces are being offered at a discounted price because they are from an earlier period of my work or, perhaps, experimental. Originally, they were priced in line with my current body of ceramics, and each one is "first quality" - some may have even been selected for exhibitions. While they may be older, I value them just as highly as my newer work. It simply feels like the right time for them to find new homes where they can be enjoyed and used.

Shipping has become expensive these days. Typically I prefer to ship through UPS because I have never had an issue. Unfortunately, shipping to a residential address costs considerably more than sending to a commercial address. USPS is usually not as expensive if the packages are small. Priority Mail is my preferred way to send something, although Ground Advantage has proven to be reliable.
The purchase form on this shop page has a designated dollar amount of $16 USD for shipping/handling. I will use the carrier that comes closest to the fee added on the form and let you know via email how it will be delivered.
That being said, all pieces purchased through this site's transaction form and shipped to a street address within the contiguous 48 states, will be delivered by UPS or USPS. For PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and international orders I will ship through the US Post Office. However, I will contact all international customers with a quote before shipping. Packages go out 1-3 business days from the day of purchase.
If two or more pieces are purchased simultaneously, I will combine them and refund any excess collected in shipping fees through PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items. As you know, colors can vary by monitor. Too, photography and digital editing can be a slight factor. The very fact that a piece is zeroed in upon, and there is no peripheral clutter, shows it off uniquely. I ask that you keep in mind that all items are made by hand and by nature have slight imperfections and variations.
If an item is delivered in a damaged condition, you are welcome to return it for a replacement of a similar item of equal value. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the selling price within 7 days of the transaction. Buyers are responsible for the cost of processing fees and return shipping.
